About this site

This site is a Chinese-language documentation hub and community entry point for Hermes Agent. It does three things:

• Syncs the upstream NousResearch/hermes-agent English docs, translates them into Chinese, and publishes them through Docusaurus.
• Hosts a mirror of installation scripts and dependency bundles for users in mainland China at https://res1.hermesagent.org.cn, to shorten download paths to overseas resources.
• Maintains a community landing page that consolidates entry points to WeChat, Feishu, QQ, and vertical-industry groups, so Chinese users can find the right place to discuss.

This site is not the official Hermes Agent site, and does not represent Nous Research's official position. For the official English documentation, please go to hermes-agent.nousresearch.com.

All docs come from the upstream open-source repo via a public pipeline:

1. Periodically pull the latest English Markdown docs from NousResearch/hermes-agent.
2. Translate them into Chinese via an OpenAI-compatible API, preserving code blocks, internal links, and heading IDs.
3. Apply human review where needed, then build with Docusaurus and deploy to Cloudflare Pages.

Every page's frontmatter records its upstream source path, the corresponding commit SHA, and the sync timestamp. You can jump directly to the GitHub source from the link at the bottom of any doc page.

This site is independently maintained by Enzo Li. It is not a company project. Maintenance includes writing the sync & translation pipeline, building the site itself, packaging the install mirrors, and answering questions in community groups.

To avoid misunderstanding, the boundaries:

• This site does not collect your accounts, passwords, API keys, or other sensitive information.
• This site is not responsible for any data loss, model usage fees, or third-party service costs you incur from running Hermes Agent on your own machine.
• This site does not represent the upstream Nous Research team's official opinion. If a translation is ambiguous, the English source on GitHub takes precedence.

This site is a personally funded project. Day-to-day costs include the domain, Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare R2, and the translation model API calls. To keep things running, the site may display Google AdSense ads and curated sponsored links in the homepage announcement bar. Specifics are covered in our Privacy Policy.

Commercial relationships will not cause the site to suppress criticism of the upstream project, nor will they alter the content of doc translations.

Feedback and contributions of any kind are welcome:

• For translation errors, broken links, or install scripts failing in a particular environment: email the maintainer directly, or @-mention them in the WeChat community group.
• For issues with Hermes Agent itself, report them upstream at NousResearch/hermes-agent — they'll be handled faster there.
• To join the Chinese community discussions, find the relevant platform group from the community page.
