By visiting or browsing this site, or by downloading install scripts and dependencies from its mirror, you indicate that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue use of the site.

These Terms may change over time as the service evolves. The latest version will always be reflected on this page. We do not notify users individually; before making consequential decisions (e.g., wiring our mirror into a production install path), you should re-check this page.

This site is the Chinese-language documentation and community hub for Hermes Agent, run by an independent maintainer. It is not the official site of the upstream Nous Research team and does not represent their official position. For more on the site's scope, maintainer, and doc sources, see About this site.

• The original docs published here are copyrighted by the rights-holders of the NousResearch/hermes-agent project, distributed under the open-source license declared in that upstream repo.
• Our Chinese translations are released under the same open-source license as the upstream originals. If you redistribute, please attribute the source link and preserve the upstream commit information of the translated revision.
• The site code, visual design, and component library are the independent work of the site maintainer and copyrighted to them. They may not be used commercially without written permission.
• If you believe any content here raises a copyright concern, please email us via the address at the bottom of this page. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We mirror install scripts (install.sh / install.ps1), Hermes Agent source archives, and a number of third-party dependencies on res1.hermesagent.org.cn, in order to shorten download paths from mainland China to overseas resources.

• The copyright and licensing of third-party dependencies (e.g., uv, python-build-standalone) belong to their upstream projects. We mirror them under their respective licenses.
• We do not modify the binaries of third-party resources. Where bundling is required, our packaging scripts mark versions and origins in an auditable way.
• We do not guarantee mirror availability, transfer speeds, or uptime, and we are not liable for losses caused by mirror outages or version mismatches with upstream.

When using this site, please follow these rules:

• Do not use automated tools to scrape the site or its mirrors at high frequency, or to perform load tests.
• Do not initiate denial-of-service, injection, or other malicious attacks against the site or its mirrors.
• Do not impersonate this site to publish messages externally, e.g., posing as the maintainer to collect payments on third-party platforms.
• Do not use the docs or mirror resources for purposes that violate local laws or the upstream open-source license.

Where clear abuse is detected, we may impose technical restrictions (e.g., IP-range blocks, edge cache rules) without prior notice.

The site uses several third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare R2, and Cloudflare CDN, for site hosting, object storage, and content delivery.
• Google Analytics and Google AdSense, for access analytics and ad serving. See Privacy Policy for details.
• GitHub, for source hosting and as the documentation sync source.

When you visit this site, you may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party services. Please review the relevant statements on those platforms as well.

• The docs are provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or accuracy.
• Translations may lag behind upstream releases. In case of ambiguity, the upstream English source prevails.
• We are not liable for data loss, model usage costs, or third-party service fees you incur from running Hermes Agent on your own machine.
• We are not liable for any consequences arising in your environment from third-party resources downloaded via our mirrors.

This site is run by an independent maintainer and may adjust features, mirror resources, and publishing cadence based on available time, effort, and cost. Such adjustments include but are not limited to: changing release cadence, discontinuing certain mirror resources, closing community landing pages, or ceasing maintenance of the site altogether.

We do not give individual notice for these adjustments. Where feasible, we will mention them prominently on the site or in the community groups.

These Terms, their interpretation, validity, performance, and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the site maintainer resides. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be submitted to the competent court in the maintainer's jurisdiction.
